Processes and Competences

The target to offer the best possible services is resting strongly on the motivation and competence of personnel. Onninen is investing in its people and offers development and training programs for its personnel to update and improve skills and knowledge.

Three group-wide processes Sales, Sourcing and Logistics have been defined as core processes. These processes are supported by Finance, ICT, HR, Communications and Legal issues.
