Strategy

The Onninen strategy aims at setting targets for growth and profitability as well as enlarging our geographic presence. The strategy builds on customer focus and by integrating more closely with customers and consumers.

Group strategy in action

Our strategy is an important step on our journey to become the First Choice, but to achieve this we need to boil it down to behavioural rules and actions. We want to:

  • Unify the Group-wide way of working and establish a common corporate culture by communicating the Group strategy to all employees.
  • Improve productivity by using Group core processes and functions, making sure we guarantee constant excellent services to customers and suppliers.
  • Differentiate by renewing business concepts and understanding customer needs.
  • Renew and improve competencies and ensure knowledge sharing. We continuously make sure that we are able to better serve and proactively respond to the changing needs of customers and suppliers.
  • Boost growth by geographic expansion and acquisitions in order to improve our positions in selected geographical areas and customer segments.
