Group Management Team
Group Management Team is lead by Harri Sivula, the President and CEO of Onninen Oy. Group Management Team leads the company as a whole and is responsible e.g. group strategic planning, business development, financial governing, information systems and human resource development as well as communications and legal issues.
Business responsibility is divided in six geografical units. Units report to a pointed Group Management Team member. In addition to these, three group-wide processes have been defined as core processes and one Group Management Team member is responsible for developing each of them.
Group functions support geographical units by both defining and developing group-wide methods. Group function directors are Group Management Team members.
